📋 Description

• Review and approve marketing materials against work papers for quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines • Participate on the Partner relationship team and maintain Partner relationships through phone, email, and meetings • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and network operations teams to address client needs and deliver solutions • Facilitate, drive, and complete department-specific program implementation tasks • Submit programs to payment networks for review and approval • Train Partners on and monitor their use of the marketing submission portal • Manage the self-approval process for assigned Partners • Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned Partners and their programs • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Conduct periodic Partner compliance reviews and complete findings reports • Remediate applicable Compliance Review findings • Meet and maintain department Service Level Agreements and Quality Review scores • Participate in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Typically requires less than one year of related experience • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles and practices • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
