Rula supports 90+ conditions (anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. ), provides tools for scheduling and managing appointments, and offers resources like tests/quizzes and a provider directory spanning all 50 states. It serves patients directly and partners with employers, health plans, and health systems, and emphasizes clinical standards, provider reviews, and ongoing professional development.

📋 Description

• Own the Affiliate channel end to end across investment decisions, partners, forecasting, roadmap, and patient journey • Achieve Rula’s patient acquisition objectives through data-driven management and scale • Manage and grow the Affiliate channel as a critical patient marketing channel • Provide dotted-line oversight of an Affiliate Specialist, an external contractor, and virtual assistants • Exceed targets by recruiting and growing high-quality publishers • Optimize partner performance • Safeguard channel integrity through compliance and fraud/quality auditing • Diagnose problems, triage issues, and communicate required actions or outcomes • Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Provider Success, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and executive leadership • Communicate channel inputs, performance, and outcomes clearly and succinctly

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related professional experience directly executing and managing affiliate marketing programs • Mastery of affiliate network/platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, Rakuten, or Partnerize • Expert understanding of partner onboarding, tracking setup, commissions/payout structures, and optimization levers • Experience directly managing large budgets/partner spend of $1M+ per month • Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing publisher/affiliate partners • Experience with affiliate tracking, attribution, and fraud/compliance auditing • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Analytics • Experience in data-driven and ROI-based affiliate programs, including partner- or State-level ROI management • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Preferred: hands-on Impact experience • Preferred: experience leading a team, VAs, or specialists • Preferred: experience managing marketplace/directory partners or a retail partner such as Amazon • Preferred: track record building or leveraging AI agents to automate affiliate operations • Preferred: proficiency with Looker or equivalent data visualization tools • Preferred: proficiency with first-party data integration tools such as Freshpaint or Segment
