📋 Description

• Lead structured discovery with buying committees across HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and executive stakeholders • Translate customer needs into outcome-based solution strategies • Craft executive narratives describing customer context, proposed solutions, and expected outcomes • Build quantified business cases connecting investment to value, ROI, and measurable impact • Advise senior leaders on skills, talent, learning, workforce capability, and organizational transformation • Own end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the sales lifecycle • Design scalable solutions across Skillsoft offerings, professional services, partner technologies, customer environments, and operating models • Lead technical discovery across systems, data, identity, security, integrations, dependencies, assumptions, and risks • Define success criteria and provide solution oversight or delivery advisory support • Advise on skills-based transformation, workforce planning, talent mobility, capability development, and learning strategy • Design ecosystem, integration, and data approaches supporting skills intelligence, personalization, analytics, and workforce outcomes • Apply learning experience, adoption, and emerging technology principles to drive behavior change and performance • Advise on value realization and impact measurement • Design transformation roadmaps aligned to technology, skills strategy, learning, adoption, governance, and services • Define implementation approaches, dependencies, risks, resources, and success criteria • Develop implementation assumptions, service designs, resource and effort considerations, risks, and success measures • Oversee services delivery to maintain alignment with customer outcomes, delivery quality, and value realization goals • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts • Translate customer needs into repeatable solution patterns, offers, and playbooks • Capture customer and market insights to inform product strategy, solution development, and go-to-market execution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, solution architecture, workforce transformation, or enterprise technology consulting • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience engaging executive stakeholders and leading complex business and solution discussions • Strong understanding of enterprise HR, talent, learning, workforce development, leadership, or people transformation initiatives • Demonstrated ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes and value realization • Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: experience with HR technology, talent technology, learning technology, workforce analytics, skills intelligence, or enterprise SaaS platforms • Preferred: understanding of enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, integrations, identity management, data exchange models, and platform interoperability • Preferred: knowledge and experience engaging HR, Talent, Learning, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, or Digital Transformation stakeholders • Preferred: familiarity with skills data models, talent intelligence platforms, AI-enabled workflows, and agent-to-agent integration concepts • Preferred: experience developing executive business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and value realization strategies
