📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities • Translate business goals into product requirements • Design, deploy, and analyze A/B tests • Work closely with Engineering and Marketing to build growth features • Lead a growth squad and manage backlogs • Communicate results and tradeoffs to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) or more years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience • Proven track record in B2C e-commerce or marketplace • Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Comfort working with Engineers on APIs and data schemas • Excellent communication skills • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles • Experience working in Agile/Scrum processes
