📋 Description

• Lead the development and optimization of AI-driven recommendation systems • Explore and implement innovative applications of generative AI • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-driven recommendations • Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback • Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams • Document detailed product requirements and design specifications • Actively participate in agile development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Ownership within an e-commerce or consumer software setting • Deep understanding of e-commerce personalization techniques • Proven experience with generative AI models • Strong understanding of API integrations for AI services • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation • Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment • Customer first mentality
