📋 Description

• Answer help desk phone calls and emails • Triage technical questions and helpdesk requests to appropriate departments; escalate problems following procedures • Troubleshoot IHIE products and end-user problems; perform some root cause analysis • Monitor and investigate issues; follow through to ensure resolution • Research and update provider data files; enter and review provider information in proprietary systems and/or spreadsheets • Maintain FaxUtility and troubleshoot failed faxes • Communicate project and system statuses to internal and external stakeholders • Work on special projects assigned by the Solution Center Manager • Provide after-hours on-call support • Conduct customer training on applications • Assist with client implementations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Some college coursework or degree preferred • Customer service experience • High technical aptitude to quickly learn proprietary systems and applications • Ability to type at least 35 WPM • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Passion for technology and innovative thinking • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated strong listening skills • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret varied instructions quickly • Positive and professional attitude • Ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands and multiple priorities • Some healthcare or healthcare information technology (HIT) experience or education helpful but not required • Ability to work after-hours on-call support
