📋 Description

• Coach franchisees and their teams • Lead and mentor franchises • Inspire and obtain results through coaching franchisees • Increase value, equity, and profitability for the region • Consult with and hold franchisees accountable for their goals • Build relationships with franchisees • Resolve conflicts with franchisees • Facilitate conferences and trainings for franchisees • Contribute to network-wide initiatives • Visit franchisees within the region to review specific issues and goals • Conduct a target of four days biweekly of visits to franchisees • Develop, execute, and hold franchisees accountable for business-plan goals • Work remotely from a home office through email, video conferencing, and telephone • Travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings, potentially up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field • Experience leading teams, offices, and/or groups • 8 plus years of experience in running a business or understanding the proficiency relating to running a business • Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals • MBA or CPA is a plus • Experience within the franchise industry is preferred • Experience in the restoration industry regarding water mitigation, mold remediation, lead and asbestos abatement, contents cleaning, contents packing, structure cleaning, and reconstruction is preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Adobe, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Knowledge of estimating platforms • Knowledge of running a business proficiently • Ability to learn and operate primary operating systems and estimating platforms • Ability to create and deliver live group presentations • Ability to develop goals and business plans for franchisees • Ability to communicate with independent franchises via phone and email • Ability to work independently • Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check • Ability to operate a vehicle safely • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Stable internet connection when working out of the office • Must use provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely • Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle
