• Collaborate with health system clients on complex assignments • Assess performance of ambulatory revenue cycle operations • Build relationships with clients • Identify opportunities for financial and operational enhancement • Implement product and service suite with clients • Partner with technology teams to drive operational outcomes • Analyze business metrics trends and client feedback
• 10+ years of experience in ambulatory operations management and management consulting or advisory services • 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing • Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions • Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations • Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
