📋 Description

• Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into robust ML/AI models to improve clinical outcomes for children • Work with the Staff Data Scientist and cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care • Develop ML models incorporating clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH) data to drive actionable recommendations • Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory data analysis and modeling

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL • Strong background in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods • Ability to work with and present findings to non-technical staff across the organization • Experience working in a start-up or growth environment required • Healthcare experience preferred • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and/or Tableau • Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric health care and supporting children with special health care needs
