📋 Description

• Provide multi-speaker verbatim transcription services for a large auto and property insurance company account • Transcribe interview recordings involving accented speech and challenging audio quality • Meet the required <24hr turnaround time • Process work in the order received regardless of audio quality, audio length, or difficulty • Prioritize work for an assigned branch and assist other branches when caught up • Accept temporary reassignment by the team lead to help prevent backlogs • Work independently while collaborating with team members and following direction and input

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal or insurance transcription required • Experience with multi-speaker and/or verbatim transcription required • PC with appropriate word-processing and audio software • Broadband internet connection • Ability to meet a required <24-hour turnaround time • Ability to transcribe accented speech, English slang, distinct dialects, poor phone connections, background noise, muffled speech, and overlapping speakers • Self-starter who can maintain fast turnaround while producing quality work • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members • Ability to take direction and input from team members • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be 18 years of age or over
