📋 Description

• Make 80–100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time • Introduce families to the college recruiting process and educate them on athlete development, recruiting timelines, and available programs and pathways through the IMG Academy+ and NCSA ecosystem • Build trust with families by explaining resources and identifying their goals and level of interest • Qualify prospective student-athletes and schedule consultations with Senior Sales Specialists • Participate in sales team meetings and conduct timely client follow-up • Use CRM and sales tools to document interactions and manage outreach • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of six months of professional work or internship experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends • Basic understanding of athlete development and the college recruiting landscape • Passion for helping student-athletes and families navigate their athletic and academic opportunities • One year of sales experience, particularly in a high-volume outbound sales environment preferred • Prior experience in sports as a collegiate athlete, coach, or in a related role preferred • Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
