IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems • Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify required modifications • Implement business functions within established SLAs using configuration systems and business knowledge • Analyze business requirements and perform system configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing • Develop prototype configurations to support solutions • Analyze and design configurations for changing regulatory requirements • Escalate and resolve issues appropriately within directed timeframes • Provide accurate activity estimates • Identify configuration limitations and work with management on associated business processes • Provide status updates and document request status in the change management system • Work independently and collaborate with a team • Assist with projects as directed by management • Maintain understanding of assigned systems’ technical and functional architecture • Potentially mentor others, lead projects, or perform other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Five years of experience working with business systems, business analysis, or information systems, preferably in a health care setting, including one year of technical experience with a healthcare platform as a configuration, business, or project analyst; or seven years of experience in healthcare, business analysis, or information systems • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Knowledge of relational database concepts • Ability to create and modify SQL scripts • Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs • Video interview through Microsoft Teams required • Potential onsite interviews and meetings • Candidates must not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington
