IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the coding department including supervision of departmental caregivers, addressing coding issues/questions, overseeing QA audits, and identifying/participating in operational improvements • Navigate Epic EMR including applicable reports and work queues • Primary oversight of daily coding functions including monitoring of Epic Coding WQs, in-basket messages, inpatient note report, and timely charge entry to monitor departmental KPIs • Participate in the interview process and onboard and orient new caregivers • Monitor staffing levels, coder productivity, quality assurance audits, and adherence to departmental protocols • Provide day-to-day support for coders including monitoring schedules/flex time, reviewing/approving timecards, and ensuring adequate staffing levels

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist – Physician) • Demonstrated experience in professional fee coding, including Evaluation & Management (E/M) services • Minimum of two (2) years of professional fee coding experience, coding for assigned specific specialty services, prior supervisory experience, and previous Epic experience
