It operates 24/7 emergency call-taking and rapid-response interventions for home incidents (fires, water damage, electrical faults, locksmithing), offers remote damage expertise and cost estimation, and manages repair-in-kind through a national network of vetted contractors. IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Support the design, build, testing, and deployment of innovative automation solutions across Intermountain Health regions • Collaborate with peers, project teams, business partners, and clinical partners to deliver scalable, outcomes-focused products • Design, develop, document, and test simple solutions • Work with senior team members on more complex solutions • Build and configure stable, reusable software components • Create and deploy responsible, trustworthy, and secure products • Coordinate with external service vendors and third parties to resolve integration concerns and issues • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code • Build solutions, workflows, and user interfaces • Work assigned tickets and queues; resolve issues and identify trends • Participate in implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration • Deliver design and technical specification documents for IT projects and products • Apply programming and scripting knowledge • Apply continuous process improvement principles and methodologies • Follow the software/automation development life cycle • Support and maintain existing applications

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated technical experience in software development, technical analysis, data analysis, business systems administration, quality assurance, testing, or similar • Experience with industry software tools • Experience creating design and technical specification documents for IT projects and products • Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Preferred at least one year of relevant technical experience • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI Agent development • Power Platform and Power Apps experience • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio experience • Helpful experience with Databricks, Python, or other automation and agentic AI systems • Salesforce Cloud experience and APEX configuration/customization • Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Pega, Alteryx, Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, JSON, Postman, Auto Hot Key, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML, Microsoft Office, Copilots, and digital assistants • Experience with Salesforce Process Builder, Flow, and Assignment Rules • Reporting and analytics experience with Tableau, Discern Visual, Cognos, or Power BI • Relevant automation certifications are helpful, including Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, or UiPath Certified Professional • Competency using variables, databases, arrays, and/or data frames for automation • Ability to configure and use APIs and web services • Applied understanding of enterprise architecture • Knowledge of security protocols, network configuration, database provisioning, and server frameworks • AI/machine learning proficiency, including LLMs, natural language processing, predictive AI models, categorization models, or deep neural networks • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to operate computers and office equipment • Ability to read computer monitors and documents • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods • May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling, and reaching • Schedule availability during general office hours between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM MT • Must not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington
