📋 Description

• Develop machine learning engineering frameworks for governance, testing, and automation • Build and deploy machine learning platforms using model registries, feature stores, and model monitoring • Operationalize and optimize data science models for reliability, scalability, and performance • Automate model retraining, maintenance, and production monitoring • Ensure data science models follow Responsible AI best practices • Develop efficient and scalable machine learning systems for healthcare operations, strategy, value improvement, care advancement, patient safety, and patient satisfaction • Partner with data scientists, application developers, data architects, and system engineers to develop ML systems and pipelines • Apply advanced analytic methodologies and tools to solve healthcare problems • Direct and pilot initiatives from inception through workflow integration • Engage stakeholders and analytics, data science, data architecture/engineering, and software engineering teams • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for others • Deploy and maintain innovative data science tools and methods that deliver strategic insights and products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading development of MLOps machine learning platforms using model registries, feature stores, and model monitoring • Experience leading end-to-end development, implementation, and administration of machine learning systems and pipelines in operational workflows • Experience creating and using custom APIs, functions, libraries, and/or packages in multiple programming languages • Advanced programming and code-review experience with Python, R, Java, Scala, or similar statistical and data software tools • Experience with Linux and Bash scripting • Advanced experience with DevOps best practices and tools, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git • Advanced experience writing and tuning queries for large or complex datasets, including unstructured data • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, NoSQL, and in-memory data stores • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure • Ability to work in a collaborative, remote development environment • Ability to communicate technical insights through data visualization and written, verbal, and interpersonal communication • Experience fostering machine learning partnerships across organizational levels • Related degree in data science, computer science, engineering, information systems, or another quantitative/computational discipline preferred • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud computing and Databricks preferred • Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
