It operates 24/7 emergency call-taking and rapid-response interventions for home incidents (fires, water damage, electrical faults, locksmithing), offers remote damage expertise and cost estimation, and manages repair-in-kind through a national network of vetted contractors. IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered home health care • Support patients in maintaining independence and improving quality of life • Use the nursing process, technology, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices • Coordinate care seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members • Provide wound care, injections, medication administration, IV monitoring, and patient/caregiver education • Document patient care and access information using a computer • Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM • Drive to patients’ homes and transport or distribute supplies and equipment as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN License in the state of practice • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) • Effective communication skills • RNs with less than 12 months of experience must complete their BSN within five years of their start date • Ability to see and read information and labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, and identify equipment and supplies • Ability to communicate verbally and hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues • Manual dexterity to manipulate complex and delicate equipment • Ability to lift, transfer, bend, carry, push, and pull patients, supplies, and equipment • Ability to walk, assist with patient transport and ambulation, navigate crowded rooms, and ascend or descend stairs or uneven surfaces • Ability to drive a vehicle safely
