📋 Description

• Prepare A/R reserve calculations, including contractual allowances, bad debt reserves, and charity reserves for assigned companies • Produce monthly close schedules related to net revenue and net accounts receivable • Produce payer performance analyses and reports specific to net revenue performance • Prepare plan and forecast models for assigned companies • Perform balance sheet reconciliations for assigned companies, accounts, and worktags • Serve as a subject matter expert to others • Perform complex to highly complex analysis • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively • Communicate risks and issues to managers in a timely manner • Participate in a required Microsoft Teams video interview and potential onsite interviews and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution; education is verified • Demonstrated experience working with accounting systems, financial forecasting, and financial modeling • Progressive experience in a role requiring analytical thinking and critical thinking • Experience with accounting, healthcare net patient revenues, accounts receivable, revenue cycle, data analysis, accounting systems and software, monthly close process, U.S. GAAP, and net revenue valuation • Preferred: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited institution • Preferred: Experience working in healthcare and net revenue • Preferred: Demonstrated proficiency in analytics using tools and processes • Preferred: CPA or Kodiak Certified Net Revenue Analyst (CNRA) designation • Preferred: Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, and Workday • Preferred: Strong proficiency in the Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) net revenue tool • Ability to meet physical requirements, including frequent computer use, verbal communication, hearing and understanding spoken information, and manual dexterity • Candidates must not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, or Washington; Colorado remote caregivers must have an assigned Intermountain facility or service area not based in Colorado
