📋 Description

• Manage procurement activities across 5–6 active core projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets • Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and project specifications to determine material and service requirements • Source and purchase conveyor components, mechanical assemblies, structural steel, motors, drives, bearings, belts, rollers, controls, and fabricated parts • Issue and manage purchase orders and subcontracts for core project scopes • Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms • Coordinate freight and logistics with 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery • Track orders, expedite critical materials, and mitigate supply chain risks • Monitor project budgets and support cost control and budget comparisons • Manage onsite rentals and equipment utilization and off-renting • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve supply or scope changes • Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP/MRP systems • Support supplier performance tracking and relationship development

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail • Able to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, project-driven environment • Strong communicator who can build relationships with internal teams and external partners • Comfortable negotiating and having direct, solution-oriented conversations with suppliers • Proactive mindset and initiative to solve problems before they impact the project • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams • Experience or interest in material handling, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
