📋 Description

• Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for strategic partnerships, clients, and agencies • Provide support and advise on compliance best practices • Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product • Lead the compliance workstream for a key strategic partnership, including migration and launch of major brands • Work with client success, product/engineering, and operations teams to deliver compliance services • Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally • Assist senior team members with strategic initiatives and projects • Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters • Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts • Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment • 2+ years of project management • 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus) • Extremely detail-oriented • Professional communication skills • Ability to multitask while under pressure • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently • Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA is nice to have
