📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of compliance training programs • Support the creation of e-learning modules and coordination of training translation efforts • Track training completion data and monitor participation • Plan, schedule, and deliver compliance training initiatives for employees and contractors • Develop, maintain, and support e-learning modules • Coordinate translation of training materials for global and regional needs • Administer and continuously improve learning management systems and other training platforms • Partner with subject matter experts and policy owners to develop accurate, relevant compliance training materials • Update compliance training content in response to changes in laws, regulations, internal policies, and business needs • Develop and distribute compliance communications • Develop training calendars and communication plans • Maintain the compliance policy library, including timely updates and version control • Support policy development and implementation projects • Analyze and report on training feedback, completion data, and compliance metrics • Maintain records for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory examinations • Provide guidance to business units on compliance training and policy queries • Assist with regulatory reporting and audit responses • Serve as escalation point for reported training issues through ServiceNow and the training support inbox

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of experience in compliance, training, or policy management • Experience managing compliance training programs, e-learning content, and communications • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Clear and effective communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively across teams • Analytical skills for measuring training impact, tracking completion, and monitoring compliance adherence • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN etc.)
