📋 Description

• Review client-recommended investments across impact themes, asset classes, sectors, geographies, and structures to assess suitability • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations • Communicate liquidity needs for client accounts cross-functionally • Coordinate investment document execution and facilitate wiring of funds • Use pipeline management tools to manage workflow and tasks • Support investment data entry within multiple investment management systems • Create loan schedules • Support or lead critical projects • Identify and implement process improvements • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the experience for impact investing clients • Report to the Senior Officer, Investment Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounting, finance, data science, investment operations, financial services, or investment management • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Exposure to impact investing and/or private market investing across asset classes and investment types, donor advised funds, and broader financial services • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify and implement process improvements • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and professional demeanor • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands • Resourceful in searching for responses to questions and developing solutions • Prior experience with investment management system and ticket management system a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required • Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools Box and Asana preferred • Experience working in a virtual working environment preferred • Must work East Coast business hours • Must be willing to travel 1–2 times per year to company events
