📋 Description

• Provide required individual and/or group supervision to associate-level therapists • Review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation • Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation • Ensure compliance with state licensing boards, payer requirements, and Impireum SOPs • Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation • Review notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve consistency across clinicians • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams • Support onboarding and training of associate clinicians • Monitor documentation timeliness, clinical quality, audit readiness, and consistency across supervisees

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license • Eligible to supervise per state requirements • Licensed in one or more of: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA • 3–5+ years post-licensure experience • Prior supervision experience preferred • Ability to provide individual and/or group supervision • Knowledge of state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards • Ability to maintain audit-ready supervision documentation • Ability to review treatment plans and clinical documentation • Ability to assess medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans
