📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings • Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles • Remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity • Collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog • Ensure user stories are well-defined and effectively prioritized • Track and report team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders • Facilitate cross-team coordination and communication for healthcare communication solutions • Support the development, scaling, and improvement of agile practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required • Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe • Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving • Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
