📋 Description

• Build executive relationships with industrial organizations across North America • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and accelerate business transformation • Leverage both your existing professional network and qualified opportunities generated through Implementation Engineers' marketing and business development efforts • Conduct executive discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects generated through our sales and marketing initiatives • Understand client challenges related to operations, engineering, maintenance & reliability, supply chain, digital manufacturing, organizational performance, and business transformation • Collaborate with our implementation teams to develop tailored solutions for clients • Introduce clients to our Program Design Phase (PDP), which frequently serves as the starting point for larger implementation engagements • Build long-term client relationships founded on trust, credibility, and measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Petroleum, or related discipline) • MBA strongly preferred • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within industrial operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance & reliability, continuous improvement, or operational excellence • Demonstrated success leading operational improvement, business transformation, or digital manufacturing initiatives • Strong understanding of industrial operations and the challenges facing today's manufacturing and industrial organizations • Executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills • Strong business acumen and a consultative, solution-oriented mindset • An established professional network within industrial organizations
