📋 Description

• Provide high-level operational leadership and strategic oversight for a portfolio of at least 15 dental practices • Directly manage Regional Managers and Office Managers • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned practices • Ensure adherence to IDS standards, policies, performance expectations, operational workflows, patient experience standards, and compliance requirements • Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers and Office Managers • Monitor and drive revenue growth, EBITDA performance, expense management, and accounts receivable improvement • Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting • Optimize profitability and operational efficiency across the portfolio • Foster a positive and accountable culture and support succession planning • Partner with HR, Finance, RCM, Procurement, Clinical, Marketing, and M&A departments to implement enterprise initiatives • Serve as a key escalation point for complex operational, compliance, and personnel issues • Contribute to enterprise-level operational planning and strategic decision-making with the Director of Operations • Lead integration of newly acquired practices • Support market expansion through operational due diligence, onboarding, and performance ramp-up

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in South Florida, Texas or Missouri • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8–10 years of multi-site operational leadership experience, preferably in a dental service organization (DSO) or multi-unit healthcare environment • Proven track record of managing at least 15 locations or equivalent in aggregate business volume • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills • Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of improving operational performance • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned markets, up to 75% • Able to work across time zones and communicate with remote teams • Able to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
