📋 Description

• Conducts analysis of business problems and leads the evaluation, development, and recommendation of specific technology products and platforms • Provides cost-effective solutions that meet business and technology requirements • Research and design best fit infrastructure, network, database, and/or security architectures • Guides configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensures quality and change control standards are met • Addresses gaps with existing support processes, documentation, etc • Monitors system performance and troubleshoots issues • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of computer systems and software to meet the needs of the organization • Monitor system performance and troubleshoots complex issues • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures for complex environments • Lead the implementation and maintenance of security measures • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to system administration • Act as a technical leader and mentor to junior engineers
