📋 Description

• Define and execute product roadmaps for assigned product areas with the Director of Product. • Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization. • Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical considerations to maximize product value. • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends. • Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories. • Create and maintain product documentation supporting development, testing, and release activities. • Own and prioritize the product backlog and make tradeoff decisions. • Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams. • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive product lifecycle decision-making. • Support product testing, quality assurance, and post-launch analysis. • Use data and analytics to evaluate product success and identify improvements. • Prepare product documentation, training materials, release communications, and internal enablement resources. • Support product launches and adoption initiatives. • Create and manage product roadmaps. • Work with Marketing to determine advertising strategy. • Analyze metrics and measure product performance. • Manage larger projects involving more than one development team. • Manage platform development vendors and provide technical management. • Own delivery of platform and services. • Manage product strategy and feature/capability sets for business solutions. • Work independently on complex cross-functional projects, escalating only significant strategic issues. • Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals and support employees.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, insurance technology, fintexch, or related digital platforms. • Proven experience launching and enhancing commercial products or product features. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working within Agile product development environments using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. • Technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with software engineering teams. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. • Experience within the insurance industry, fintech, or InsurTech environments. (Preferred) • Pet health or pet insurance experience is a bonus. • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and modern platform development. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (one year of relevant professional experience may substitute for one year of college education).
