• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube • Translate business goals and strategic direction into actionable paid media tactics • Execute campaign setup, launches, optimizations, and ongoing performance monitoring • Manage budgets, pacing, and platform-level reporting to ensure efficient media spend • Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and optimization opportunities • Develop audience strategies, keyword lists, ad copy variations, creative briefs, and testing frameworks • Prepare clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights • Stay current on platform updates, media trends, and best practices • Communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders • Maintain strong organization across campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting
• 3–4 years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social and/or paid search • Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations • Comfortable working independently within defined scopes and timelines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in data analysis; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a plus • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
