Indivisible Project is a nationwide grassroots movement and 501(c)(4) organization that organizes everyday people into local groups across all 50 states to resist authoritarianism and build a more inclusive democracy. Indivisible raises grassroots funding and encourages civic actions such as contacting members of Congress, attending events, and supporting endorsed candidates. đź“‹ Description

• Review and vet event submissions on the national Mobilize dashboard, meeting established hourly processing metrics • Ensure submitted events meet organizational standards for accuracy, completeness, compliance with event guidelines, and branding • Flag and escalate events requiring additional review or raising concerns • Communicate with event hosts to resolve issues, issue corrections, or provide guidance • Coordinate across departments and teams to resolve questions about event submissions and platform usage • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the event submission and vetting process • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the Indivisible or No Kings movement • Working knowledge of Mobilize • Familiarity with Google Suite, EveryAction, and Slack • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive deadlines • Ability to meet and maintain established per-hour event vetting metrics • Availability for flexible and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended surge-period hours • Experience with event coordination, volunteer management, or similar operational work • Strong written communication skills
