• Maintain event listings and shift signups in Mobilize • Troubleshoot host and volunteer issues and maintain communication platforms • Support host onboarding through toolkits, training materials, and day-of logistics guidance • Coordinate coalition staff and volunteers during high-volume mobilization moments and national days of action • Track event capacity, fill rates, and turnout, and surface operational insights • Maintain sustained mobilization tools including EveryAction, NGP VAN, Mobilize, and Freshdesk • Document and escalate bugs and gaps to tool owners • Quickly establish infrastructure during rapid-response moments, including event pages and updated materials • Support security monitoring and triage according to team protocols • Support mobilization-related websites and upkeep • Help coalition partners and event hosts use data from Mobilize and related systems • Share updates on the breadth and depth of mobilization campaigns • Support CRM system implementation and maintenance • Report and track incoming communications to coalition or campaign inboxes • Support applicants and grantees throughout grant cycles, including reporting • Provide operational support to coalition partners running joint mobilization campaigns • Triage requests from field and state staff • Keep shared event, toolkit, and reporting systems current • Resolve support tickets for mobilization hosts, participants, and the public • Work closely with the Mobilization team and coalition partners; report to the Associate Director of Mobilization Operations
• 1–3 years of experience in organizing, campaigns, or mobilization work, including electoral, advocacy, or large-scale volunteer programs • Working knowledge of EveryAction and Mobilize • Comfortable learning new tools quickly • Strong attention to detail • Data- and logistics-heavy work • Able to stay organized and calm across multiple concurrent requests, especially during rapid-response periods when priorities shift fast • Clear written communication • Comfortable producing host-facing materials and internal reporting • Experience supporting coalition or multi-organization campaigns (desired) • Familiarity with Airtable, Formstack, or similar workflow/form tools (desired) • Prior experience in a distributed/remote organizing environment (desired)
