📋 Description

• Provide ongoing administrative support to assigned senior-level managers • Collect and review historical income and expense information of apartment buildings • Interface with clients to facilitate understanding of property performance and asset characteristics • Gather and analyze market trends and rent comparables using internal and third-party reports • Lead and manage various internal projects • Prepare materials as necessary • Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reporting • Answer and direct resident calls at the corporate level • Coordinate travel, hotel, and rental car arrangements as needed • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel approximately 10% of work time annually for property visits or internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and tasks while maintaining efficiency and control over assigned projects • Experience and/or knowledge in Property Management Software, such as MRI or One-Site, a plus • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative majors such as finance, real estate, or economics, a plus • Position may entail approximately 10% annual travel for property visits or internal meetings • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements
