📋 Description

• Process orders from provider sales for new and returning clients, including internal follow-up to ensure data appears in downstream reporting • Prepare for new practice onboarding, including securing amendments, Well365 access, practice rosters, EMR access, schedule reports, direct deposit/incentive payment enrollment, and other onboarding documentation • Prepare and provide current status updates on open onboarding accounts to Clinical Operations leadership in the assigned market • Maintain cohesive and accurate notes and professionally present updates and roadblocks • Collaborate with Payer and Provider Sales, Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, Member Engagement, Finance, and Analytics teams • Monitor and respond to assigned JIRA requests and resolve provider onboarding queries within 24 hours • Resolve 95% of assigned support requests within 72 hours • Prepare for, lead, and present external implementation meetings; send follow-ups and track action items • Lead external touchpoint calls for small to medium-sized practices during ongoing implementation • Document all provider and practice communications accurately and promptly in Salesforce • Serve as an internal subject matter expert for timely resolution of site setup issues • Support Clinical Operations with organizational objectives and projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or operations • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills for internal and external meetings • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority • Time management and prioritization skills • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently within the construct of a team • Ability to obtain and organize relevant data • Excellent technical knowledge of computers and applicable software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and multitask with a high level of attention to detail • High level of accountability and ability to meet deadlines • BA/BS and/or equivalent work experience • Sales Support experience preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or prior experience
