📋 Description

• Support content strategy, production, and publishing for the Founder's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn • Turn the Founder's ideas, interviews, and appearances into platform-specific content • Track qualified attention and feed learnings back into the content plan • Help build and operate an AI-powered content engine • Support the content lifecycle from long-form content through identifying moments, clipping, editing, captioning, packaging, publishing, analysis, and optimization • Maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards as output grows • Help design and operate multi-account social media networks across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn • Support differentiated strategies for flagship brand, founder, niche, educational, and strategic accounts • Test ethical audience-growth and distribution approaches • Support AI and automation projects across Rastegar and INF1NITY from scoping and prototyping through launch and improvement • Build with LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context engineering, AI video, image and voice generation, APIs, Make, Zapier, and n8n • Connect content production, publishing, analytics, social listening, and CRM systems • Work with engineering and leadership to turn ideas into working tools • Connect social distribution to landing pages, email, SMS, CRM, communities, events, and other conversion channels • Build reporting and experiments to identify winning content, formats, hooks, and distribution strategies • Track qualified audience growth, leads, and revenue • Take on changing priorities and carry projects through completion with minimal hand-holding • Document systems and decisions for reuse and further development

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and growing social media audiences, with measurable results • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific content formats, algorithms, hooks, retention, and distribution • Hands-on experience building or operating multi-account social media networks • Strong experience using AI to automate content production, distribution, or other meaningful parts of a social media operation • Advanced proficiency with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation • Experience building automated long-form-to-short-form content pipelines • Strong understanding of content analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect social media activity to measurable business outcomes • High ownership and the ability to move between several projects at once • Experience creating AI influencers, AI-generated media accounts, or digital personas • Experience building funnels that convert social audiences into leads or customers • Experience with CRM, email, SMS, or community integrations • Experience with AI video, image, and voice generation • Experience operating social media for a founder, investment platform, financial services company, or other complex business • Experience building or scaling a content, growth, or media operation • Proof of execution matters more than credentials • Resume in English • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
