• Drive the evolution and governance of a technology ecosystem supporting multiple business verticals. • Ensure integration and seamless operation of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. • Define standards and architectural blueprints for CRM platform customizations. • Contribute to the customer-centricity strategy. • Ensure efficient use of the platforms' native capabilities. • Design integration architectures between front-end and back-end using APIs. • Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentoring.
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. • Knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Master Data Management (MDM). • Proficiency in event-driven integration architectures and service buses (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Service Bus). • Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise data ecosystems. • Preferred: Salesforce Architect or Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certifications. • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Azure Data Factory. • Experience working in environments with shared IT governance and agile methodologies.
