• Lead digital strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients spanning both professional services and financial services • Develop and manage digital-first content strategies; create and edit high-quality long-form content including thought leadership articles, executive posts, web copy, and campaign copy • Apply SEO and GEO knowledge to inform content strategy and help clients build visibility • Use data and analytics to measure, evaluate, and communicate the impact of digital programs • Serve as a credible digital counsel to senior stakeholders • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop and deploy visual content • Partner with account leads and integrated client teams as an embedded digital specialist • Participate in new business pitches • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and evolve the agency’s digital offer • Support the upskilling of the US team by sharing digital expertise • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of digital skills • Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite’s values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).
• A minimum of five years’ experience in digital communications • Expertise in LinkedIn strategy and execution, including organic content programs and paid social, with familiarity across Instagram and X • Strong copywriter with the ability to produce long-form content such as thought leadership articles, executive LinkedIn posts, and web copy for senior professional audiences • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and a developing understanding of GEO • Data-driven with experience using analytics platforms to measure performance, generate insights, and communicate ROI • Understanding of how earned media and digital programs work together to support broader communications objectives • Collaborative and experienced working within integrated client teams alongside account managers, PR practitioners, and creative professionals • Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or related industries is strongly preferred.
