📋 Description

• Supernal builds AI-first tools to help small businesses compete and grow. • Account Executive responsible for customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and sales process optimization in a fully remote startup. • Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. • Identify, source, and qualify new leads; develop targeted outreach and customized pricing and proposals. • Refine CRM reporting, ensure data integrity, and enhance sales tracking (experience with Pipedrive preferred). • Analyze market feedback to inform product strategy and collaborate cross-functionally. • Assist in forecasting revenue and planning growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a direct client-facing role managing mid-market relationships with executives at scaling organizations. • Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple cross-departmental processes simultaneously. • Strategic thinker able to proactively identify new market opportunities. • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
