📋 Description

• Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, reimbursements, and payment approvals. • Lead monthly close processes, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and ensure accurate books across the business. • Manage tax filings, compliance, and financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. • Build financial models, cash flow forecasts, runway analyses, headcount planning, and scenario modeling to support decision-making. • Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor reporting, due diligence, and board materials. • Improve internal financial processes, policies, and tooling to help the business operate more efficiently as we scale. • Support insurance renewals and other operational initiatives that keep the business running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience across investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or startup finance, including experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Experience owning core finance operations, including month-end close, revenue recognition, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Ability to build financial models independently and communicate insights that influence business decisions • High ownership with the ability to operate autonomously and build processes in a fast-moving startup environment • Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to think strategically across the business • Based in the US or Canada.
