📋 Description

• Track contracts, vendor forms, and procurement processes from intake through negotiation, redlining, execution, and renewal • Build and maintain systems for key dates, obligations, renewal windows, and approvals • Review incoming contracts and agreements, flag risks and non-standard terms, and coordinate redlines with internal stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for print and fulfillment vendors • Quote and scope print runs • Troubleshoot vendor quality and delivery issues • Build and maintain vendor relationships • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in contract tracking and vendor management • Build and refine scalable tools and processes • Support Inflection Point Learning’s Beast Classroom K-5 math curriculum operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years in a role involving contract administration, vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or operations • Proficiency with office productivity tools, including Google Workspace • Comfort with contract tracking or project management tools • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Direct experience negotiating and redlining commercial agreements is advantageous • Direct experience managing print or physical goods supply chains, ideally in education or a similarly deadline-driven industry, is advantageous • Experience building tools and processes using AI is advantageous • Experience balancing product and customer experience goals with feasibility and cost-effectiveness is advantageous • Ability to travel no more than monthly for company summits, conferences, and account site visits
