📋 Description

• Supervise engineering team, participate in hiring decisions, assign work, and support employee development. • Plan and oversee software development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical requirements for our social media/influencer marketing and AI platforms. • Review software architecture, oversee the development of software applications, and monitor project quality and performance. • Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of software systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field. • Must have at least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering or software development including: • Experience designing software architecture and cloud-based applications, APIs, and distributed systems that process large-scale, high-volume data. • Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions for content analysis, recommendation systems, media processing, or digital platforms. • Experience with image or video processing systems, data pipelines, or other large-scale data processing applications. • Experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage software development projects, coordinate product releases, and deliver enterprise software applications.
