📋 Description

• Manage a productive workload and achieve meaningful results • Recover devices from patients, including infusion pumps, pain infusion pumps, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices • Obtain signed consent documents allowing InfuSystem to bill for services rendered across all service lines • Place outbound calls to patients for consent sign-off and device recovery • Document detailed information from outbound device or consent recovery calls • Serve as a liaison between patients, customer service, and the revenue cycle • Meet InfuSystem work productivity and quality standards • Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned • Represent InfuSystem’s core values and maintain professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry • Medical terminology, required • Strong listening skills • Excellent communication skills • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to handle stressful situations • Ability to function independently • Ability to document meticulously • Ability to manage time and workload effectively • Proven written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment • Natural curiosity to pursue issues and increase expertise • Ability to collaborate effectively and work selflessly as part of a team • Must have a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and cellular phone service • Required working schedule may include limited weekend coverage
