📋 Description

• Work closely with Client Success Managers, Recruiters, and Recruiting Management to streamline internal communication between departments • Work with Recruiting and Client Success departments to determine staffing needs and position requirements • Qualify job openings received from assigned client facilities • Relay job opening information to the recruiting team through emails, verbal communications, or the job openings report • Serve as primary coverage for Client Success Managers • Provide direct oversight of departmental Teams Channels • Serve as subject matter expert for account-type portal systems, if applicable • Partner with Recruiting Managers to help execute offers over 48 hours • Assist with the accuracy and management of the CRM system for assigned accounts • Assist with processing candidate submittals • Perform additional duties as requested by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent required • Two (2) years customer service or sales experience required • Consistent track record of exceeding expectations with trustaff required • Consistent track record acting as a mentor and demonstrating leadership qualities required • Four (4) year degree in business or other related field preferred • Prior work experience in the healthcare or staffing environment preferred • Commitment to organizational core values: Integrity, Compassion and Excellence • Passion for leading, teaching and training new team members • Strong working knowledge of job boards, portals, research tools and social media • Strong critical thinking skills • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Strong customer service, negotiating and interpersonal skills • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle service issues with integrity, skill and courtesy • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through telephone, email, video conference and face-to-face contact • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to operate office-related equipment • Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
