• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service • Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives • Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and insights and ensure a positive brand experience • Execute sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs, ensuring customer compliance, and achieving maximum brand potential • Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans • Maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards • Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to internal teams • Check date codes, manage account adherence to plan-o-grams, replace decals or tags, and transport, build, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons • Use company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting, analyze reports, and leverage insights to drive in-store success
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred • Entry-level applicants with a willingness to learn will be considered; candidates with 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service are encouraged to apply • Must be located in the Denver, CO Area or willing to relocate at your own expense • Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling, problem solving, and creative thinking • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities, verbally and in writing, cross-functionally and through all levels of management • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose • Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to support product display building and events • Occasional off-hours/weekend work, as needed • Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold a valid driver’s license for use during work hours; willingness to drive throughout the territory is essential, including the ability to drive long distances as needed • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards per Driving Policy • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States
