📋 Description

• Coordinate corporate travel required in a locum tenens assignment, including air, hotel, and car arrangements • Work with internal and external customers to book travel, housing, and local transportation • Demonstrate strict attention to detail • Exercise excellent time management to ensure bookings are completed timely • Negotiate with travel partners and travelers • Work with moderate supervision • Develop and maintain excellent communications and work effectively with clients/physicians, colleagues, and others • Prioritize work using the VISTA application and maintain complete, accurate records of all activities • Research best travel options that meet both client budget and provider needs • Create correspondence with good spelling and punctuation • Make and take calls with providers, clients, and travel partners • Keep computer files current and accurate • Book travel in travel software, including Sabre GDS or Concur Travel • Project desired company image and demeanor and support the company’s mission • Participate in on-call rotation to address after-hour travel emergencies • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service preferred • Some post high school education with emphasis in business communications, or equivalent • At least two years corporate travel experience with strong GDS skills: Sabre preferred • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse • Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
