📋 Description
• Provide medical supervisory services for APPs, as necessary for the treatment of patients, including chart reviews as directed by the Company • Complete paperwork necessary to supervise/collaborate with the maximum number of APPs allowable under the physician's license in the state of licensure • Promote the professional practice of the Company as permitted by law and professional ethics • Cooperate and assist with indigent or charity care policies • Participate in surveys, quality improvement, quality assessment, chart reviews, utilization control, peer review, and credentialing activities • Comply with and actively participate in quality improvement programs and peer review activities
🎯 Requirements
• Board certification in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine • Licensed in the state of practice • Have DEA in the state of practice • Able to work well in team environment • Strong “Crucial Conversation” skills
