📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, leaders, and stakeholders to drive business and optimize operations for key clients • Provide administrative support by gathering data and metrics • Develop, audit, and maintain reports • Create and send client and internal correspondence and communications • Support VISTA’s Business Development team and overall organizational goals • Meet required deadlines and provide backup to team members as needed • Perform additional duties as requested by management • Provide updates and key metrics to internal teams to improve processes and achieve performance targets • Contribute to real-time analysis supporting dynamic client staffing needs • Support reporting, credentialing, analysis, and process-improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Two (2) years in a healthcare staffing environment or related experience • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience working in Excel • VMS systems experience preferred • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations • Effective prioritization and multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships • Ability to function in a team environment and maintain confidentiality • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong sense of urgency with ability to self-motivate and remain flexible • Ability to use sensory skills to communicate and interact via telephone, email, video conference, and face-to-face contact • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing acuity to operate office-related equipment • Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard and workstation
