📋 Description

• Lead multi-channel/omni-channel, performance-based digital communications planning and buying for healthcare clients • Serve as a cornerstone of the media team, reporting to the team's Media Director • Partner with and counsel clients on marketing challenges and media solutions • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the media team • Maintain accountability for all team deliverables and work produced • Build and maintain processes for strategic, efficient, integrated activation and department-wide collaboration • Build and maintain client relationships • Oversee integrated media planning and activation across digital and traditional/linear media • Measure success analytically and provide performance information to clients • Develop and deliver strategic presentations, thought leadership, and points of view • Assume account-oriented client management and team project management responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, leading teams, communicating • At least 3 years managerial experience overseeing a team of employees at a media or full-service ad agency • Multichannel media experience, including digital and traditional/linear media forms • Experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or Medical Device • Understanding of media strategy and development of holistic media solutions • Comfortable working with clients as partners/collaborators in the daily process • Ability to assume account-oriented responsibilities, including client management and team project management • Ability to drive thought leadership, develop POVs, and craft innovative business presentations • Ability to generate client confidence as a trusted advisor • Storytelling and presentation abilities; comfortable developing and delivering strategic presentations and thinking on one's feet • Ability to lead and nurture teams inspirationally
