📋 Description

• Keep projects moving through the agency by routing work for review, handling client and medical/legal review submissions, setting up meetings, and supporting timelines and budgets • Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes from concept through implementation • Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services departments • Learn and use multiple submission platforms • Prepare creative assets for submission, including references, citations, and claims • Maintain electronic job folders according to established procedures • Route projects through the agency for review and sign-off via Ziflow • Maintain projects in the system by opening and closing projects, updating tasks, and uploading files • Pull weekly project financial reports • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials • Assist Senior Project Managers and the broader project management team

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level role supporting senior Project Managers • Passion for the company and its work • Positive collaboration in an innovative, cooperative environment • Detail- and process-oriented • Good written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills • High comfort level with technology • Ability to implement senior team members’ instructions in a timely manner • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
