📋 Description

• Own and ensure the timely, process-driven delivery of multiple simultaneous projects • Support account and specialty teams • Develop and execute project plans • Work with creative and social teams to resolve project or timeline issues • Incorporate and ensure adherence to QA processes throughout each project phase • Proactively escalate potential issues affecting timelines or budgets • Collaborate with Operations on staffing, timelines, and budgets • Communicate daily project status and key next steps • Follow up with team members on action items • Coordinate monthly billing with Finance • Update budget trackers and develop burn reports

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree • 1-2+ years of Project Management experience • Experience in a marketing communications agency setting preferred • Recognized project management aptitude • Strong organizational and follow-up skills • Proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables • Familiarity with Smartsheet
