📋 Description

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during the pre-construction phase, including scope, schedule and budget • Maintain the OTS Pre-Construction Tracker • Act as the main point of contact to EPC Pre-Con on incoming projects • Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls • Confirm initial project budgets and communicate with stakeholders • Identify and manage cost changes during pre-construction • Generate job start forms and set projects up in CMiC • Collaborate with the design team to kick off design within project schedule constraints • Collaborate with procurement teams to draft project Bills of Materials • Manage execution of vendor subcontracts considering project schedule constraints • Collaborate with EPC Pre-Con in processing SOLV-to-SOLV Agreements • Track and review SOW exhibits • Assign appropriate project resources with the Manager, OTS Project Development and other managers • Review and update project schedules • Participate in financial and month-end reporting for projects during pre-construction • Set up and host project handoffs from OTS Pre-Con to OTS PMs • Collaborate with EPC teams to process and import full project budgets into CMiC • Support continuous improvement and process efficiency • Deliver successful project setup and handoff to project execution teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years project management experience preferred but not required • Proven experience managing multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams • Minimum of 2 years of PV solar industry experience • General knowledge of SCADA and/or OT system design, setup, commissioning and support desired but not required • Experience with basic renewable generation monitoring functions and designs • Customer escalation and conflict resolution skills desirable • Resource planning and mitigation management • Cost budget management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding diagrams and schematics, including power system, networking and control, electrical, mechanical and civil layouts • Experience with schedule software including Oracle P6 and/or Microsoft Project • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Power BI • Experience using task management tools is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
