📋 Description

• Partner with team leadership to shape project strategy and determine prioritization and delivery • Manage multiple concurrent creative projects and workflows • Maintain a prioritized project schedule accounting for team capacity • Lead regular status check-ins with the team and stakeholders • Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans • Write creative briefs covering stakeholders, audience, goals, timeline, and budget • Build agendas and run efficient meetings • Advocate for the team’s perspective while setting realistic expectations • Build relationships with freelancers and vendors to scale capacity • Plan for busy periods and track change requests • Identify and defuse timeline risks • Run post-project debriefs to identify wins, misses, and improvement areas • Collaborate with Brand Creative, internal teams, freelancers, external partners, and agencies • Report to the Creative Director

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing end-to-end creative processes • Knowledge of creative workflows, including graphic design, branding, digital photography, motion graphics, and illustration • Proactive and strategic problem-solving skills • Collaborative mindset and ability to take direction and feedback • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment • Track record of spotting challenges early and solving them • Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple large projects • Skilled, confident negotiation across contracts, timelines, and budgets • Excellent listening and communication skills • Strong proficiency with Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is a plus • Cover letter required
